I walk through the crowd completely alone. Every few secons my thoughts fly to all the possibilities of what could have happened… that awful game of “What ifs”…and at the end of every possibility, there is you. I know that we do not belong together anymore. I know that we grew apart and that we became different people, however I know that you’re the one for me.

I was a chapter of your life, and you were one in mine. But know that your chapter made me realize that some people are too important to simply forget and that when I said that I’d always love you, I was telling the truth.

I hope one day I’ll be able to move on and that this pain will go away, but right now all I can do is work through it and hope for the best.
